Three-year-old struck, killed by car

DALLAS - Authorities in Paulding County are investigating the death of a three-year-old who was struck and killed by a car. <br> <br> Authorities say Johnny Stokes apparently darted in front of a car yesterday on the highway in front of the mobile home park where he lived. The driver was unable to stop. <br> <br> Investigators want to know who was supposed to have been watching the child. <br> <br> No charges have been filed in the accident. The Georgia State Patrol says it does not appear the driver did anything wrong.
