Two men charged in fatal shooting of driver

LAWRENCEVILLE - A Barrow County man was one of two men arrested by Gwinnett County police Thursday in the fatal shooting of a man who was driving his car accompanied by his young son. <br> <br> Jeffery Egan, 20, of Bethlehem and Christopher Dunham, 18, of Lawrenceville face charges of murder and aggravated assault, as well as a weapons charge. <br> <br> Officers on Tuesday were responding to reports of a car crashing into a telephone pole when they found the driver dead inside. <br> <br> Anthony Trammell, 31, of Norcross, was shot in the back of the head. His 10-year-old son was slightly injured in the crash but was not shot. <br> <br> Witnesses told police that Trammell drove out of an apartment complex around 9 p.m. with a second man chasing him on foot and firing at him. <br> <br> Police said Egan and Dunham turned themselves in to police on Thursday. They are being held in a Gwinnett County detention center.
