Two Libertarians back on ballot in Clayton County races

ATLANTA - The Georgia Secretary of State has restored the names of two Clayton County Libertarians to the November ballot in General Assembly races. <br> <br> State officials restored their names Thursday after ruling that the Clayton County registrar had wrongly rejected valid signatures on their petitions for ballot recognition. <br> <br> The candidates are Todd King and Leo Baca. King is running for state senate and Baca is running for the state House. <br> <br> The secretary of state&#39;s investigation was in response to Libertarian lawsuits filed over the rejection of three party members&#39; petitions. <br> <br> State investigators are still examining the rejection of petitions submitted by the third Libertarian, Wayne Parker. <br> <br> Parker is seeking a spot on the ballot for the 11th Congressional District which covers much of west Georgia. That race has Democrat Roger Kahn and Republican Phil Gingrey on the ballot.
