Baby found abandoned will be cared for by family

ATLANTA - A newborn baby found abandoned in downtown Atlanta may go home Monday with a family who may one day adopt her. <br> <br> The girl - named Selena Rena Bell by her child welfare caseworker - was found Monday wrapped in towels in a parking lot behind a printing shop across from Centennial Olympic Park. Her umbilical cord was still attached. <br> <br> The baby is remaining at Hughes Spalding Children&#39;s Hospital longer than usual because child welfare workers want to see if there are potential health problems since there&#39;s no family history on her. <br> <br> The Fulton County Department of Family and Children Services is talking to a couple of foster families on a waiting list about taking the baby. <br> <br> Meanwhile, police continue to look for the child&#39;s mother. <br> <br> A deliveryman at Franklin&#39;s Printing found the baby. The company&#39;s manager - John Thomas - says he had talked to police about a young woman who came to the shop Wednesday asking about the baby. <br> <br> Police spokesman Sergeant John Quigley says the hospital has gotten calls from a woman asking about the baby.
