HAMPTON - Police say Allison Alvarez, who disappeared while attending an auto show with her boyfriend in Henry County, was strangled at the top of the racetrack's luxury suites.

Alvarez, 19, had been missing since Saturday. Police found her body Wednesday at Atlanta Motor Speedway.

Police have charged two brothers from Griffin in connection with her death.

Toby Dearing, 24, is charged with murder. Joshua Dearing, 24 is charged with concealing a death.

They are scheduled for a preliminary hearing Friday.

Alvarez's boyfriend, Joshua Samples, reported to police that she went to the restroom around 2 p.m. and never returned.

Police found the body and made the arrests after receiving an anonymous tip. They said the area of the luxury suites was not open during the car show.
