New Jersey man sentenced for sexual assault

ATLANTA - A U.S. District judge in Atlanta has sentenced a New Jersey man to three years and ten months in prison for sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl on a Delta flight to Atlanta. <br> <br> Judge Julie Carnes sentenced 37-year-old Russell Breitweiser Thursday. <br> <br> Prosecutors say Breitweiser took a Delta Air Lines flight from Houston to Atlanta on July 2, 2001, and changed seats so he could sit next to the girl. <br> <br> They say during the flight he touched the girl&#39;s face, hair and thigh in a sexual manner. She complained to flight attendants. <br> <br> F.B.I. agents charged Breitweiser, who was found guilty during a trial in April.
