The state Division of Family and Children Services is investigating the case. Alexis Headspeth was hospitalized with head injuries after her grandmother claimed the girl almost drowned in a bathtub. <br>

East Point police say Beverly Headspeth told an eleven-year-old boy in the house to bathe Alexis, heard him scream 30 minutes later and found him trying to give the girl CPR.
