Condo fire injures three

CLARKSTON - A fire damaged 20 condominium units and forced some residents to jump from their second story windows to escape last night. <br> <br> Three people were injured and one of them was undergoing surgery. <br> <br> The blaze started at about 3 a.m. and was contained within an hour. <br> <br> Ethleen Brooks says she was awakened by her smoke detector. <br> <br> She says she could hear the fire sizzling her furniture. That&#39;s when she decided to jump out to safety. <br> <br> The complex, which is in Clarkston, is home to many African immigrants. The American Red Cross says they can provide emergency food and housing to those displaced by the blaze.
