Three arrests in Hinesville cab driver murder

HINESVILLE - The three men arrested in the slaying of a taxi driver are being held without bond on murder and armed robbery charges. <br> <br> Police say 44-year-old driver Larry Dugger of Allenhurst was shot during a robbery attempt. <br> <br> Police arrested 19-year-old Tyrone Garvin of Hinesville, and 22-year-old Arnel McAllister and 20-year-old Drevonte Armour, both of Fort Stewart. <br> <br> McAllister is a soldier based in Fort Stewart. Garvin and Armour are civilians. <br> <br> All three are being held in Liberty County jail. <br> <br> Liberty County chief deputy Keith Moran says the three were working together to rob the cab. <br> <br> He says they called the cab to the hotel. One of the suspects got in the cab and the other two followed him. <br> <br> Moran says the cab passenger shot Dugger in the leg and then got into the other car and sped off. <br> <br> Dugger&#39;s femoral artery was punctured and he died from blood loss. <br> <br> Police arrested the three men after a sheriff&#39;s deputy spotted the getaway car and checked its license tag.
