Wife killed following World Cup argument

ATLANTA - A native of Brazil has been accused of fatally stabbing his wife after an argument over whether to go to a party Sunday to watch the World Cup championship between Brazil and Germany. <br> <br> ``The husband didn&#39;t want her to go, and there was an argument, followed by a physical confrontation,&#39;&#39; Fulton County police Maj. Wenda Phifer said. <br> <br> Jaciento Neves, 55, was charged with stabbing 37-year-old Rubia Neves several times with a kitchen knife. <br> <br> Phifer said the couple&#39;s 12-year-old daughter heard the struggle and called 911 just after 7 a.m. <br> <br> The woman was dead when police arrived, Phifer said.
