Philly police arrest two in kidnapping case

PHILADELPHIA - Police in Philadelphia have arrested the two men they were seeking in the kidnapping of seven-year-old Erica Pratt. <br>
<br>
Police say James Burns and Edward Johnson were taken into custody early this morning in southwest Philadelphia -- not far from where Erica was abducted Monday night. <br>
<br>
She later managed to escape.<br>
<br>
The two suspects are being treated for unspecified injuries from a foot pursuit.
