Smoltz is second in the National League with 27 saves.<br>

Manager Bobby Cox said of his duo, ``Two of the best going. Can't miss with either one.''<br>

Outfielder Andruw Jones still has a chance to make the team through fan internet voting that will pick the final player on each roster.<br>

Glavine (11-3) already has two Cy Young awards and could be headed for a third. This will make his eighth All-Star appearance. Glavine said, ``It's NOT as big a thrill as the first time, but you always want to be considered among the best and making All-Star teams is a way to do that.''<br>

Smoltz won his Cy Young in 1996 and he became a closer last year after missing all of the 2000 season with arm surgery. He said he felt -``very honored.''
