NORCROSS - Gwinnett County police continue to investigate the fatal shooting of a 13-year-old Alabama boy who was at a gun show with his father.
Stephen Bray King -- of Prattville, Alabama -- died Monday at Scottish Rite Children's Hospital in Atlanta.
A single bullet struck Stephen in his right eye and lodged in his brain on Sunday at the Eastman Gun Show in Norcross.
It is not clear how the shooting happened. Authorities have not said whose gun was involved.
The boy's father -- 38-year-old Anthony Grant -- said his son was standing on his left side and facing a vendor's counter when the gun was fired. They were looking at holsters when he heard the shot.
Stephen was a rising freshman at Prattville High School in Prattville near Montgomery.
Grant said he and his son -- who lives with his mother -- were in Atlanta for a weekend outing.
