ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE - An air base employee was charged Friday with threatening to blow up an aircraft maintenance building. <br> <br> Yolanda Aparicio, a civilian employee at Robins Air Force Base since 1998, allegedly left a note in a women&#39;s bathroom saying there was a bomb in Building 125 where she worked. <br> <br> The Air Force Office of Special Investigations traced the note to Aparicio, but a bomb was never found in the building. <br> <br> Aparicio is charged with willfully threatening to use a weapon of mass destruction and maliciously conveying false information about the bomb threat. She faces maximum penalties of life imprisonment and fines totaling $500,000. <br> <br> Aparicio was an hourly employee working maintenance on giant C-5 cargo planes.
