Convicted molester arrested for Internet pictures

DECATUR - A Decatur man who spent two years in prison for child molestation has been accused of taking pictures of scantily clad girls and posting them on the Internet. <br> <br> Walter C. Cooksey III is being held in the DeKalb County Jail without bond, jail officials said Friday. He was arrested July 12 as he arrived for a regularly scheduled meeting with his probation officer. <br> <br> Cooksey was released from Autry State Prison in August 2000 and had been living in a Decatur apartment. Police obtained a warrant for his arrest after discovering a Web site that published Cooksey&#39;s teen photos. <br> <br> Police Maj. Bill Clark said part of Cooksey&#39;s probation specified that he could have no contact with a child under 16, ``and he had photos of kids under 16 on the Web site.&#39;&#39; <br>
