Tigers agree to terms with draft pick from Macon

DETROIT - The Detroit Tigers Thursday agreed to terms with 2002 draft picks Robbie Sovie and Troy Pickford. <br> <br> Sovie, the Tigers&#39; fourth-round selection, is a six-foot, 200-pound outfielder from Stratford Academy in Macon, Georgia. He had a .538 batting average during his senior year at the high school, hitting 14 home runs, driving in 21 runs and stealing 16 bases. <br> <br> Pickford, an eighth-round pick, is a six-foot-eight, 220-pound right-hander from Oral Roberts.
