Basketball tryout collapse being investigated

TIFTON - Hospital officials are trying to determine what caused an 18-year-old man to collapse during basketball tryouts. <br> <br> Maurice Collins died Tuesday after he fell on the court during a game of five on five at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College in Tifton. <br> <br> He was pronounced dead an hour later in the Tift Regional Emergency Center. <br> <br> Collins had just arrived from Houston, Texas, to tryout for a basketball scholarship with the ABAC team. <br> <br> His family said they did not know of any prior medical condition. <br> <br> The coroner says it will take about a month to get tests back to determine why exactly Collins heart stopped.
