The Saturday night sex show at Club Zinc was billed as an ``all-action party'' in advertisements on the Internet.
Amanda Jones, 29, of Cumming, who police said performed sex on stage, was charged with public indecency.
``Anybody who was there knew why they were there,'' said Sgt. Wayne Whitmire of the police organized crime unit. ``There were no innocent walk-ups.''
The teenager performed a sex act on stage during the show, police said.
The party's hosts, Richard Craven, 38, of Alpharetta, and David Havener, 39, of Atlanta, where charged with operating a business without a license and serving alcohol without a license.
The others, 45 women and 70 men, were charged with disorderly conduct.
Alan Begner, a lawyer representing 40 of those arrested, called the arrests outrageous.
``If you go to a nightclub and drink and you're arrested because the nightclub wasn't license properly, you deserve an apology. These people did nothing wrong,'' Begner said.
