Suspect arrested in Augusta convenience store shooting death

AUGUSTA - Police have arrested a suspect in the shooting death of a man outside a convenience store here. <br> <br> Henry L. Murray III was found shot to death Thursday moments after leaving the Mom & Pop&#39;s store. He was shot twice and pronounced dead at the scene, Deputy Coroner Mark Bowen said. <br> <br> Deon Maurice Johnson, 23, was arrested Friday and charged with murder and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, Richmond County sheriff&#39;s Maj. Ken Autry said. <br> <br> Investigators said Thursday they did not know the details of the argument that led to Murray&#39;s death, but he said it appeared to be a family matter. They said they still have not recovered a murder weapon. <br> <br> Johnson will face a preliminary hearing at Richmond County civil court within the next two days.
