DECATUR - The wife of Sidney Dorsey was ordered to leave the courtroom during her husband's pre-trail hearing.

DeKalb Superior Court Judge Cynthia Becker ejected Sherry Dorsey - a former Atlanta city councilwoman - from yesterday's hearing for muttering remarks in the courtroom.

Jury selection for Sidney Dorsey's murder and racketeering trial is set for Monday in Albany. Dorsey is accused of ordering the December 15th, 2000 murder of DeKalb Sheriff-elect Derwin Brown.

Becker has threatened to jail reporters who try to talk to potential jurors in the high-profile case.

She also asked them not to identify jurors until after the trial and said anyone causing courtroom disruptions would be ejected and barred from covering the trial.
