Two-year-old hit by pickup truck in Doraville

DORAVILLE - A 2-year-old boy died Sunday after being hit by a pickup truck outside a Doraville apartment building. <br> <br> The boy, whose name was not released, was hit as the truck backed out of a driveway on Aztec Road about 1:45 p.m. He was taken to Children&#39;s Healthcare of Atlanta at Scottish Rite with severe injuries and was pronounced dead shortly afterward. <br> <br> A neighbor who saw the incident called 911. Doraville police want to question the child&#39;s uncle, Francisco Briones, who they believe was ``operating the vehicle in close proximity of the child&#39;&#39; when the accident occurred. <br> <br> DeKalb police said early Monday that the black Ford F-150 pickup truck involved in the accident had been recovered. <br> <br> Briones remained at large, officials said. <br> <br>
