Rogers running for re-election

GAINESVILLE - State Representative Carl Rogers of Gainesville plans to seek re-election this year.

Rogers, a Democrat, will officially kick off his campaign with a reception Thursday at the John Burd Center for the Performing Arts.

He will be seeking his fifth term on the Georgia House.
