Man steals tour bus from amusement park

STOCKBRIDGE - A man who stole an empty tour bus that caught on fire on the highway, ended his spree by crashing into a crowded Wal-Mart parking lot in Stockbridge on Saturday, police said. <br>

Police said the man, who has not been identified, stole the empty tour bus from a driver who was dropping off Alabama tourists near the Six Flags Over Georgia amusement park. <br>

The driver tried to drive the bus on the highway, but didn't release the air brakes which caused the vehicle to catch on fire, officials said. <br>
<br>
The bus, chased by a helicopter and fire truck, finally crashed into a sign at the Henry County store. <br>
<br>
Police said a 7-year-old boy was hit when the store sign fell on him. He was taken to a hospital for surgery. <br>
<br>
His name and his condition has not been released.
