Man charged in tour bus crash

STOCKBRIDGE - A 44-year-old man was charged with felony murder Monday morning in connection with the death of a 7-year-old boy. <br> <br> Terry L. McCrary also faces charges including theft by receiving, reckless driving and leaving the scene of an accident with injuries. <br> <br> Henry County police spokesman Lieutenant Michael Gaddis said McCrary, of Oxford, took over a tour bus Saturday after the driver dropped off Alabama tourists near the Six Flags Over Georgia amusement park near Atlanta. <br> <br> The boy -- Jordan T. Curtis of Stockbridge -- was injured when the bus crashed into a large sign in a Wal Mart parking lot. He died Sunday. <br> <br> Henry County Chief Magistrate Judy Hayes ordered McCrary&#39;s case be sent to Superior Court. <br> <br> She did not set bond. A hearing will be held later.
