Waterlogged Missouri gets small break from rain

Folks in waterlogged parts of Missouri are catching a break Wednesday. <br> <br> There&#39;s no rain in the forecast - but it could return Thursday and Friday.<br> <br> The state&#39;s big rivers and their tributaries are expected to crest well above flood stage this week - but nowhere near the levels of big floods in 1993 and 1995. <br> <br> Sandbaggers are scrambling to keep back the water, and worried homeowners are packing up their things in case they have to move to higher ground. <br> <br> The flooding has been blamed for eight deaths in Missouri this month. <br> <br> It&#39;s also keeping farmers out of their corn and soybean fields. <br> <br> That&#39;s also the case in Indiana, where experts say planting is way behind schedule. <br> <br> Flooding along the Sangamon River in central Illinois has chased some two dozen people from their homes since the weekend. Some have been allowed back in.
