Gwinnett to crack down on aggressive drivers

LAWRENCEVILLE - If you travel in Gwinnett County on I-85, I-985 or on Georgia 20 near the Mall of Georgia, this warning: Gwinnett Police are planning to crack down on aggressive motorists.<br> <br> &#34;We&#39;re going after those people that drive aggressively and pose a threat to others on the road,&#34; Corporal Ray Dunlap said.<br> <br> Dunlap said there have been 10 more traffic fatalities so far this year than for the same period a year ago. <br> <br> &#34;It&#39;s being done in hopes of getting these fatalities slowed down a little, if not eliminated,&#34; Dunlap said.<br> <br> If you encounter an aggressive driver, Corporal Dunlap has this advice.<br> <br> &#34;Just try to avoid any contact with them, if at all possible,&#34; Dunlap said. &#34;Don&#39;t gesture back at them if they gesture to you. Just let them go.&#34;
