NASCAR announces Richmond fines

DAYTONA BEACH, FLORIDA - NASCAR fined crew chiefs Todd Parrott and Marc Reno $2,500 each Tuesday for rules infractions at Richmond International Raceway last weekend. <br>

Parrott, crew chief for Dale Jarrett, was fined for having an improperly attached weight on the No. 88 Ford during the inspection before qualifying for the Pontiac Excitement 400. <br>
<br>
Reno, crew chief for Jimmy Spencer's Busch Series ride, was fined for having hollow rear axle ``U'' bolts on the No. 1 Ford during Friday's Hardee's 250.
