Mother found guilty in death of 2-year-old son

JONESBORO - A Clayton County woman was found guilty Monday of felony murder and cruelty to children in the death of her two-year-old son. <br> <br> Karla Robles was found innocent of malice murder. The jury deliberated for just over two hours before announcing the verdict. <br> <br> Prosecutors said Robles killed her son in March 2001 by holding him down in 140-degree bath water. The 21-year-old mother said her son climbed into the tub himself while she was on the telephone. <br> <br> Sentencing was scheduled for Tuesday.
