Two die in unrelated Blackshear shootings

BLACKSHEAR - Authorities are investigating the unrelated weekend shooting deaths of two Blackshear residents. <br> <br> The Georgia Bureau of Investigation says a 51-year-old man was found dead at his home in this southeastern Georgia city on Saturday, and the body of a teen-ager was discovered Sunday in Atkinson in adjacent Brantley County. <br> <br> The GBI says both killings remain unsolved. <br> <br> A relative found Kenneth Steve Davis, a 51-year-old marina owner, shot to death at his home Saturday afternoon. Davis was shot once in the head. <br> <br> The body of 17-year-old Lewis Richard Sheffield was found by a passer-by yesterday afternoon at the Satilla River bridge in Atkinson. Authorities believe he was killed earlier in the day.
