10-month-old girl killed in collision with van

HOGANSVILLE - A ten-month-old girl was struck and killed by a delivery van. <br> <br> Lillian Abigail Spradlin wandered into the path of the van Monday and died just minutes after the impact from head injuries, neighbors in this west Georgia town said. <br> <br> Police said they did not expect to file charges against the driver of the van, who was working for a home health care company and had just delivered oxygen to a homeowner in the neighborhood. <br> <br> Police said they had not been able to get much information from the child&#39;s parents because they were so distraught immediately after the collision.
