Twenty-year-old Jonathan Rice and 19-year-old Stephen Strickland, both of Marietta, were shot May second in a parking deck of the Phipps Plaza. Both died at the scene.
Police said the victims apparently knew the suspects, were in the suspects' car when they realized they had guns. The shooting began when the victims tried to get out of the car.
