Father expected in court following fatal shooting of son

ATLANTA - The father of a two-year-old boy who was accidently shot to death is expected in court Thursday morning. <br> <br> Detrick Corbett is charged with two counts of aggravated battery, three counts of aggravated assault and a single count of obstruction of police. <br> <br> Corbett&#39;s son - Detrick Junior - died early Wednesday as his father struggled with a sheriff&#39;s deputy over the officer&#39;s handgun, authorities say. <br> <br> The child was in his father&#39;s arms as the man struggled with a Fulton County sheriff&#39;s deputy on Bankhead Highway. The officer&#39;s gun discharged, hitting the child in the shoulder. He died at the scene. <br> <br> Police said the struggle and shooting was the culmination of a domestic dispute that began earlier at the northwest Atlanta home of the boy&#39;s mother.
