GAINESVILLE - Hall County has a new magistrate judge.<br>

Elilzabeth Bedore Reisman replaces Judge Tracy Loggins, who is moving from part-time to full-time status. <br>
<br>
Judge Loggins is taking the slot formerly held by Jason Deal, who was recently named District Attorney for the Northeastern Judicial Circuit.
