Authorities seek ID of body in Chattahoochee

VALLEY, ALABAMA - Authorities are hoping to identify the body of a man found floating in the Chattahoochee River near Valley, Alabama. <br> <br> Police said the body was found about 9:15 p.m. Thursday at the Riverview Boat Landing. <br> <br> Sheriff Mike Jolley of Harris County, Georgia, said the body was taken to the Georgia Crime Lab in Columbus to help determine the cause of death. <br> <br> Police believe the man may have been dead for about two to four weeks.
