Teen drowns in middle Georgia lake

MILLEDGEVILLE - A teen-ager on a family outing at Lake Sinclair drowned Saturday. <br> <br> Rafael Franco Arias, 19, of Wilkinson County, was swimming with family members and some friends at Rock Creek Park when he went under. Rescue workers recovered the body after a four-hour search. <br> <br> ``This is definitely not the way we wanted to start the summer, that&#39;s for sure,&#39;&#39; said Georgia Department of Natural Resources ranger Scott Gignilliat. ``He was swimming with a group of friends, but no one saw him go down. He just came up missing.&#39;&#39; <br> <br> The drowning was the first fatality at Lake Sinclair in at least two years, rangers said.
