Minister accused of molesting teen to be sentenced

DECATUR - A DeKalb County Superior Court judge Tuesday set Thursday as the date to sentence a Lithonia minister accused of molesting a 15-year-old boy who was a member of his church. <br>

A Superior Court jury convicted the Reverend Troy Brown last week after 12 hours of deliberations. <br>
<br>
He is pastor of the Greater Annointed Tabernacle Worship Center. He was found guilty of 25 counts of molestation. <br>
<br>
Brown could receive up to 30 years on each count of aggravated molestation and up to 20 years on the other 14 counts. <br>
<br>
Brown's attorney plans to appeal.
