Police probe death of bruised Clayton County boy

JONESBORO - Clayton County police are investigating the death of a bruised four-year-old boy who was brought to a hospital. <br> <br> State child welfare officials identified him as Joseph Brackob. No charges have been filed in Joseph&#39;s death. <br> <br> Officials at Southern Regional Medical Center say the boy arrived dead March 28th. Police say the boy had bruises. Autopsy results are pending. <br> <br> Joseph&#39;s stepmother, who has not been identified, told investigators the boy fell down a flight of stairs and that she then fell on top of him.
