Police arrest man in toddler's shooting death

VALDOSTA - Police arrested a man charged in the shooting death of a 16-month-old baby in Florida. <br> <br> Todderick Rashad Sams, 22, of Jacksonville, Fla., was arrested Friday night at a Valdosta hotel. A warrant had been issued charging him in the slaying of Jahsean Cameron on Wednesday in Jacksonville. <br> <br> Jahsean was shot while sleeping in a baby swing inside an apartment. Police believe the shooting followed an argument between Sams and Craig Brooks, 21, who was shot in the groin. <br> <br> Police said Sams was suffering from a gunshot wound from the shootout. They said they arrested him after a tip was passed to Jacksonville police. <br> <br> Jacksonville police have arrested three people and charged them as accessories.
