Angela Brackob must remain in the Clayton County jail, despite her husband tearfully testifying Friday that the 25-year-old woman was a good wife and mother. The judge handed Robert Brackob tissues while he was on the stand.
Angela Brackob is accused of killing her stepson, Joseph Brackob, at their Forest Park home on March 28th. She said she accidentally stepped on Joseph after they both fell down the stairs.
The boy died from blunt force trauma to the abdomen, according to the state medical examiner's report. Police said his body had a shoeprint on his stomach that matched Angela Brackob's shoe.
