Brothers due in court for bond hearing

FAYETTEVILLE - Twin brothers charged in a high-speed chase that killed a veterinarian are due in court in Fayetteville Tuesday for a bond hearing. <br>

The 22-year-old brothers are Melvin and Marvin Mitchell. <br>
<br>
They were arrested after a chase late March 31st. Police say the two robbed an Ingles grocery store and an officer chased them into downtown Fayetteville. <br>
<br>
The victim, 48-year-old Jason Trotman, was at a traffic light. He was killed when the suspects' car slammed into the side of his vehicle. <br>
<br>
One suspect was slightly injured; the other was taken to the Fayette County Jail and charged with armed robbery and attempting to flee police.
