PETERBURG FLORIDA - Ryan Rupe fired a one-hitter over seven shutout innings to pitch Tampa Bay to a 9-to-1 win over Minnesota. <br> <br> Rupe&#39;s only mistake was Matthew LeCroy&#39;s two-out double in the fourth. It was the second time this season that Rupe has left a game with a 9-to-0 lead after seven innings. <br> <br> Randy Winn and Ben Grieve had two R-B-I&#39;s apiece as the Devil Rays beat the Twins for the ninth straight time at Tropicana Field. Tampa Bay is 12-and-2 in its last 14 overall against the Twins. <br> <br> Eric Milton was chased during the Devil Rays&#39; seven-run fifth. He was reached for six earned runs and seven hits to slip to 3-and-2.
