CHICAGO - The Seattle Mariners had their ten-game road winning streak snapped in Chicago as they were thumped by the White Sox 8-to-4. <br>

Magglio Ordonez hit a two-run homer and Dan Wright pitched seven innings for his second straight win. Wright is 3-and-2. <br>
<br>
Outscored 32-to-5 while getting swept in Oakland over the weekend, the White Sox rapped out 13 hits and broke a three-all tie with four runs in the fourth. <br>
<br>
Frank Thomas, who entered the game in a 3-for-20 slump, had a two-run double to give Chicago a 5-3 lead. <br>
<br>
Paul Konerko singled in the first to extend his hitting streak to 17 games. <br>
<br>
The loss went to Mariners starter Paul Abbott, who is 1-and-3.
