Two people killed in weekend car accident in Buckhead

ATLANTA - Police believe speed played a factor in a fatal car crash this weekend in Buckhead. <br>

Two people were killed yesterday when a speeding car hit a puddle, lost control and collided with another car, police say. <br>
<br>
The accident happened about 4 a-m at West Paces Ferry and Rembrandt roads near Pace Academy. <br>
<br>
Police said 24-year-old Jeffrey Rogers lost control of his car and hit a Honda Civic headed in the opposite direction. Rogers' passenger -- 22-year-old Joshua Anazitarte of Doraville -- was killed. <br>
<br>
A passenger in the second car -- 22-year-old Clarissa Manefee-Long of Powder Springs -- also was killed. <br>
<br>
Rogers faces vehicular homicide and D-U-I charges, police say. <br>
