CARTERSVILLE - A Christian coffee house catering to teens has agreed to keep the noise down in order to keep the business open.
Studio 3:16 co-owner Kevin Tomlinson was arrested Saturday night for disorderly conduct following neighbors' complaints about noise ranging from rowdy patrons to live bands playing there.
A plea agreement was reached Monday before Cartersville Municipal Court Judge Herbert Crane, allowing the business to stay open while owners get it soundproofed.
Tomlinson pleaded guilty to two counts of disorderly conduct. Two additional counts were dropped.
