Postal truck runs over 2-year-old girl and kills her

LILBURN - A postal truck driver who ran over a 2-year-old girl and killed her is not expected to be charged with a crime, a police spokesman said Monday. <br> <br> Scott E. Markinnan, 38, of Loganville, hit Lilly Vo on Saturday when the girl wandered in front of the truck. Gwinnett County chief investigator Ed Head said Markinnan was distracted by another child in the street and didn&#39;t see the girl. <br> <br> She was pronounced dead on the way to the hospital. <br> <br> Police spokesman Cpl. Ray Dunlap said Markinnan was give routine blood and urine tests after the accident. <br> <br> ``At this time, I don&#39;t think he&#39;ll be charged,&#39;&#39; Dunlap said Monday. ``It looks like it was pretty much out of his control.&#39;&#39; <br> <br>
