Three Gwinnett teens released from the hospital after fatal accident

DACULA - Gwinnett County authorities say it was a combination of speed and slick roads that lead to the death of a Loganville teen and injury three others Sunday night.

Christie Horne, 18, was killed on impact when she lost of her car, hitting a telephone pole.

Gwinnett Police Corporal Ray Dunlap says no alcohol was present in the car.

Three other teens were also in the car; they were treated at Gwinnett Medical Center and released.

Dunlap says they are ages 13 and 15; all are from the Dacula area.
