Two arrested, charged with murder in Savannah

SAVANNAH - Detectives with the Savannah Police Detective have arrested two men and charged them with murder in the death of a man whose body was found on Saturday. <br>

Authorities arrested 18-year-old Joseph L. Mitchell Tuesday night and arrested 22-year-old Jeron Hill today. <br>
<br>
They are both charged with murder and concealing the death of 23-year-old Kenneth Francis Spellman.
