Hall soccer streak ends

The Hall County soccer teams are no longer unbeaten. After compiling an 8-0 record among the various county teams to start, the North Hall boys broke the string with a 2-0 loss to Lakeside DeKalb in the North Gwinnett Tournament Thursday. The Trojans are scheduled to host South Forsyth Tuesday with girls' play starting at 5:30.<br>

In other Thursday play, the West Hall boys and goalie Ryan Smith shut-out Stephens County 2-0 in Toccoa. <br>

Jared Rigsby notched both goals and blocked a penalty kick for the Spartans, who are slated at Winder-Barrow Friday starting at 5:30 with the girls' game.<br>

Gainesville's boys are at the Berkmar Tournament and blanked Cross Keys 3-nil.<br>
<br>
Baker Davenport, Omar Garcia, and Skeeter Hughes scored for the Elephants (1-1), who are scheduled to face Berkmar Saturday at 4PM.<br>
