GBI investigates death of inmate in Floyd County

ROME - The Georgia Bureau of Investigation is looking into the death of a Floyd County inmate. <br> <br> Sheriff Tommy Richman says 44-year-old Ronald Ray Woods was dead on arrival at Floyd Medical Center at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday. <br> <br> His body will be sent to the GBI Crime Lab in suburban Atlanta for an autopsy to determine the cause of death. <br> <br> Authorities say Woods was arrested November 5 on charges of child molestation, aggravated child molestation, aggravated sodomy and enticing a child for indecent purposes.
