ATLANTA - Governor-elect Sonny Perdue speaks to two groups in Atlanta Friday. <br>

He is addressing educators at the Georgia School Boards Association and Georgia School Superintendents Association Friday morning. <br>
<br>
Afterwards, he will speak at the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce annual meeting and luncheon. <br>
<br>
The Republican -- who defeated Democratic Governor Barnes in November -- takes office in January.
